You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Appointments cancelled/rescheduled in less than 48 hours before appointment will be charged 100% of the total service. • No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service. • If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Reschedule Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. However, to ensure fairness to all clients, we have the following reschedule policy: 1. Notice Period: Please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule. 2. Rescheduling Limit: You may reschedule an appointment up to 2 times. Any further rescheduling will incur a %100 fee. 3. Blocked Time: When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Even with 48 hours' notice, it can be challenging to fill the slot, so we limit rescheduling to 2 times per appointment. • All deposits & services are non- refundable • You must have 50% of lashes or more for it to be considered a fill.
